August 2007

I left around 5.00 pm but came back home at 5.20 pm to change into different shorts (it was very warm). Then I left again and didn't come back until 7.30 pm -- quite a long walk. I walked through Duke campus to the golf course, and did the complete track on the golf course (beautiful).

In the evenings my lower legs felt very tired, the next morning also. That's normal I suppose after such a long walk. I sort-of felt my knees (this time both of them), but not in a worrying matter. Shall I go for a run today?

Ah, finally, a run again. I went for the 3.4 mile route, and walked the first few minutes as a thorough warm-up. I could notice I was getting tired sooner but finished the route without too much effort. Next morning I could feel my left knee, right foot felt okay. Let\'s do another one on Sunday.

Really tired from work. Went for a 45 minutes walk with Sasha. No discomfort at all. Next day: no discomfort. Ready for another run!

Run in lunch break for 30 minutes. Next day: very light feeling in left knee, hardly noticeable. Right foot hurts, mildly.

Walked for 60 minutes. Noticed my left knee after 45, taking a short break helped. No pain next day.

Went for a run after almost a week. Running was so easy, ran the short track through Duke and could go full speed pretty much entire time. Did feel my left knee the next day. No pain in right foot.

Tried to go for a walk with my new shoes again. Gave up again.

Ran again 3.4 miles. That was a mistake, next day my left knee hurted and it impacted my walking.
