The run Monday was really to fast -- my knees still felt weak today. I did a slow run, 38.04 minutes. The campus is slowly coming back to life; there were students and the libraries were lighted again.
Tonight I did my usual track in 34.08, almost my P.R. A lot better than last Friday! But I forced myself; I went full out the last 30% and I should be careful. I almost injured myself in the final sprint with a wrong step. It turned out okay but it came pretty close.
Tonight I ran my first serious run in 2 weeks, the standard trail. It took 38.04 minutes, and I could feel that it was not as easy as usual; I even got almost out of breath at one point.
