Ran it in 2:34, 12.2 minutes/mile. I thought I was faster than that, went with a pretty nice speed throughout the run.

Still, a lot better than the hot run last month. My left foot by the way seems to be completely recovered. My record is 2:21, but it was in the 50s then. Tonight was around 75 degrees.

Ran the last piece, the tough part from the dam back to the street.

A glee club is a choir, historically of men but also of just women or mixed voices, which traditionally specializes in singing short songs.

Didn't go for a run this weekend, still recovering from the crazy heavy run last week. Tonight didn't go very easy but it was wonderful to clear my head. Left knee doesn't hurt anymore (it did after last weekend, under my knee really). Left foot gave a sharp needle pain after 3.2 miles or so, for 1 step. Still not 100%.

35:40 -- 10 minutes/mile

This was a very fun social run, had a really good time. Great group.

The run was good to, a short trail in Umstead. It was warm and muggy.

Not sure about the duration, forgot to start my watch. Not sure about distance either so that's cool :)

After 3 hours and 15 minutes I gave up. Then I had to walk home another 1.5 mile or so. I took the Loblolly trail. That was nice in the shadow (my water was almost over).

Lots of pollen (lots of sneezing). 85 degrees, humid. Had 3 beers the night before.
Pushed myself very hard. 13.2 minutes/mile.
