By Guus , 3 November 2009 Run over lighted roads I took a short cut from my usual 1 hour run to stay on lighted roads. It gets dark so quickly! Sun down at 5.17 pm.
By Guus , 1 November 2009 Stiff legs Saturday morning I went for a run. Wasn't sure if I should run for an hour or 35 minutes but quickly realized an hour wasn't in the stars. My legs felt very stiff, probably from the longer run on Thursday and in general from the traveling.
