Had a wonderful night of sleep after the AAR deployment.

I came across a loose dog near N. Abingdon St this morning. I was on the Custis trail and it approached me. It was a medium size black dog, fairly sturdy. He was wearing a collar.

I called animal control; they'll check out the area.

Couldn't find my small flashlight but brought my bicycling light instead.

Ran after work didn't have a lot of time so short run.

I was tired today, physically tired, though we slept well last night. The run went slow and wasn't easy and at one point I considered cutting it short. Didn't though and that feels good.

Nice run this morning. Dark outside. There's definitely a new curb extension at the 66 off-ramp at Lee Highway.

Weather is colder but very nice.

I was planning to get up at 6.00 am to go for a run. And at 5.30 am the phone ringed with a thing from work. I looked into that and then left at 6.00 am on my run. Tired now because buba and the boys all woke up around midnight.

I left work early today. I had planned to run in the morning but Adrian is teething and after a late evening I overslept until 6.30 am -- too late for a run.

Run was great. Saw a real Dutch Gazelle fiets.

I worked until late last night and get up very early because of a technical problem we were facing. It's under control now but it bothered me so I got out of bed at 5.30 am. I was on the road at 6.15 am. Pitch black so I brought my flashlight.
