I was ready to go out of the door at 6.20 am, but just as I put on my shoes I heard Leo cry. Looks like he is the next in the family to get this cold; Nora has had it for three days now.

During my run I was thinking about the Thanksgiving meal, haha. At the end I saw Mary and she offered me to take some thyme from their garden.

Wasn't a great night -- buba woke us up at 3.30 am and then twice more -- and it was so refreshing to go for a run.

Went to be at 11.00 pm. Woke up at 1.30 am (Adrian) and then around 3.00 am (Leo). Nora coughing around 5.30 am. Up at 6.00 am for a run.

This morning I used the watch Sasha gave me for my birthday. It's a nice one and felt good on my arm.

Had a cold for several days.

We went to bed really early last night. I dreamt that I woke up and it was 6.25 am already but then I realized it was just a dream. In reality I woke up at 5.50 am so plenty of time for a nice run.
