By Guus , 23 August 2016 Slowish I thought I was running very slow, and it felt tough after dinner. But it went well, 46 minutes. Saw the new hotel now open.
By Guus , 18 August 2016 Morning run It's been a while since I ran in the morning but last night I went to bed early and after a good night I was ready to go out. It felt harder than my evening route, it is more hilly after all.
