So happy that I ran. Was a busy evening. Adrian threw up, Nora took a nap, she's still weak, laundry and cleaning because of aforesaid throwing up... And yet I found time to run. Very cool.

Rain in the evening

It was around 50 degrees today, yesterday was even warmer. I went for a run in the rain, felt good.

Run after a birthday party

We had a birthday party in the gym this afternoon, Nora and Leo and I. Was nice.

Evening run, slippery

It was pretty cold tonight, 24 degrees, but the run didn't feel too cold since it wasn't too windy. But with the snow on the ground that was freezing up, the run wasn't very fast.

The run today went well. It's MLK and it's great to have a long weekend. Spent a lot of time on the things I wanted to do (our own things, learning letters with the boys and veilig leren lezen with Nora), and today a nice run during the day.

Fire and Fury

Well, I couldn't resist -- this book has been in the news for several days now and I wanted to check it out.

I read the book with a good deal of skepticism, since the author is known to take liberty with the facts at times, and some of the more salacious details in the book are contested. Nevertheless, this is a intriguing insider story of the first year of the Trump White House.

I won't mince words on my opinion of the Trump White House. Needless to say, the book did not improve my opinion.

Fascinating read.
