Frietkoten at the French Market

By admin , 30 January 2011

Spreek Nederlands, eet en drink op zijn Vlaams, in een Franse omgeving, in de Amerikaanse "City That Works"!

Upon popular request we are holding a meetup Downtown that members and their guests can attend right after work. The Meetup will take place opposite Frietkoten at the Chicago French Market, a warm and closed space between Randolph, Washington, Clinton, and Canal. Our meetup ends with the closing of the market at 7:30.

Frietkoten makes delicious Belgian fries, served with all the condiments you love. They also sell a great assortment of Belgian beers. Members and their guests get 20% off everything (fries, beer, sauces, and soft drinks), as long as you are accounted for as a member who RSVPd or a guest of one of our members! The French Market provides additional gastronomic opportunities. You can bring to our table anything you buy at the Market.

Gezellig! We ontmoeten elkaar in februari bij Frietkoten!!!

TRANSIT
This location is extremely convenient for all who work Downtown and commute by transit, including by CTA (Clinton and Washington stations) or for those whose Metra train departs from Union Station (short walking distance). For those using Ogilvie, there is a direct connection between the platforms and the French Market!!!

PARKING
You can leave your car at its regular location and make the short distance to the French Market. There is validated parking just north of the market (free if you park up to 1 hour and buy for $20 and more - keep receipts) and several choices for parking garages, including the above.
