By Guus , 19 October 2008 2:21 in Umstead This is great! I ran 2:21 hours, 12.6 miles in Umstead. It was 56 degrees. So much easier now it's not so hot. Two weeks ago I did 2:30 when it was in the 70's.
By Guus , 17 October 2008 After Bulgaria Wow it was really though to run on Wednesday after a break of 10 days. But we managed. Tonight I ran my usual course, in 34:32. The run felt great but I was completely wiped out the whole evening.
